Lack of Sleep

Every night millions of people around the country have a difficult time falling asleep.  Difficulty falling asleep is something that people don’t realize has such a huge impact of people’s lives.  Trouble sleep in the night can often create severe lack of sleep.  If your body doesn’t have enough sleep in the night you will have a difficult time trying to manage your life.
